Shipping at a Glance

  • Small Parcels: Shipped with Australia Post eParcel.
  • Medium Parcels: Shipped with a Courier.
  • Large Bulky Goods: Delivered by – Courier Service, Local Delivery Truck or Manufacturer Delivery.

Prices vary according to delivery location.
P.O. Boxes are not accepted for medium or large parcels.
We temporarily cannot provide delivery of Major Appliances to W.A.

 

Small Parcels

eParcel is designed for items that weigh 25kg or less, or measure less than 1.2 metres long.

What is eParcel? 
Australia Post's Internet tracking freight system. Track your package at auspost.com.au.
How It Works Parcels are scanned at several points. Your tracking number is in your confirmation email. If no one is home, a card is left for post office pickup.

Delivery Estimate: 2 - 4 days Australia wide (from date of dispatch).

 

Medium Parcels

Used for items between 25kg–50kg or over 1.2m in length. Various courier services used.
How It Works Barcoded labels are scanned during delivery. Tracking is available within 24 hrs via:

Signature required. Second attempt made if not home. Unsuccessful delivery returns incur fees.

Delivery Estimate: 2 - 7 days Australia wide (from date of dispatch).


Large Bulk Goods

Items exceeding 50kg or 1m require specialised services like Cope or Allied Express.
Courier Service Track via:

Attempted Monday–Friday. A card is left if missed. Contact must be made within 7 days or item is returned (fees apply).

Large Item Notes: Hydraulic tailgates and trolleys used. Ground floor only. Stairs access is driver's discretion.

 

Direct from Manufacturer

You’ll receive a call to confirm delivery date. Ensure someone is present to sign.
Extremely large items may require special access. Confirm item fits your space.
Installation is only available for washing machines and fridges. No plumbing included.

 

Local Delivery Truck

Available in metro Melbourne and Brisbane. We contact you for a delivery day and window.
Our team installs, removes packaging, and can remove your old appliance if it’s disconnected.

Pickup
Free pickup available from select locations. Call 1300 967 949 to confirm item availability before pickup.

Change of Delivery Details
PayPal orders: Address cannot be changed.
Other payment types: Call 1300 967 949 to request change. If already processed, changes may not be possible.
