Customers that are located within metro regions and whose order meets the major appliance may be eligible for free delivery.
Major appliances are described as falling into the following categories:
- Fridges and Freezers
- TVs
- Dishwashers
- Ovens/Upright Cookers
- Washing machine and Dryers
- Air Cons
Metro regions are defined as the following:
- Melbourne
- Sydney
- Adelaide
- Brisbane
Exclusions
Free Shipping excludes portable air conditioners, small appliances, furniture products, Apple, Agency products, Asko, Miele and Gift cards.

How does it work?
During this promotional period, all online orders placed that are within any of the free delivery regions and meet the above major appliance criterion, will automatically have their delivery fees updated to $0 via the product cart or at checkout. Billy Guyatts reserves the right to adjust the free delivery radius, minimum order value or end a Free Delivery promotion at any time.
Should a delivery fall outside of the free delivery region or an order does not meet the major appliance criterion, the regular delivery fee will apply for each product. These fees are based on the size and weight of the product and how far the delivery will be from your chosen store. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for more details.
In addition to the price for the Goods and the Delivery Charge (if any) you may also need to pay any additional delivery charges which are not shown in your shopping cart but which we incur because you live in an area where light aircraft or barge transport is required, or to which our national courier company does not provide a door-to-door service (“Additional Delivery Charge”). Such charges may apply even where the item is shown on the Website as having “free delivery” or something similar. If you believe that you might live in such an area, you can get in touch with us through our contact us form for enquiries.
