Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all Australian states and Territories and most areas within these states with some exclusions. Our delivery calculator located on the product page under the price will calculate this cost where available.
Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit, Zip Money and Paypal.
Where is the nearest Billy Guyatts Located ?
We are online only and no longer have any retail stores.
Can i pick up my order from your warehouse?
We have a number of pick up locations but as not all goods are held at all warehouses please call 1300 727 967 if you would like to pick up your product.
I made a mistake on my order, how do I correct this?
Once your order is placed, it is sent electronically to our warehouse and the order is then picked, packed and shipped. This usually takes 24-48 hours but can be quicker. We are happy to make changes up until the point your order has been shipped or ordered in from one of our warehouses. After this point we are unable to change or cancel it.
If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please PHONE us between 9am and 5pm Mon – Sat on 1300 727 967 and hopefully we will be able to accommodate your request before the order is submitted for dispatch.
Please DO NOT EMAIL us with your request, as it is quite possible that your email will not be opened prior to the order being submitted to the warehouse and dispatched.
What If my goods break within the Manufacturer Warranty period?

What do I do if my goods break within the Back up Plan period?
Please contact the Back up Plan customer service team on 1800 062 782. They will make arrangements for replacement or repair.
What if my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your order by 10 business days from the date of your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1300 727 967.
What if my order is delivered damaged!
If an item is damaged in transit, please be sure to report it to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of signing for it.
Our team will make arrangements for replacement or refund.
Can I add a Back up Plan after I pay for my order?
Back up Plans can only be issued at the same time your order is placed, simply select the Back up Plan while on the product page.
Will Australia Post leave my order without a Signature?
Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive tracking information. You may the request a safe drop via the Australia Post tracking system. Please note we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels when you make this request.
Are you fexible on pricing?
We are contstantly checking our prices to make sure they are as competitive as they can be. If you are looking at a bulk buy please send an email to email@example.com and we will pass this through to our buyers.
Are your products factory seconds or second hand?
All of our products are brand new and come with full manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer finance?
We do offer up to 6 months interest free via Zip money. You can select this option on the checkout page. See here for more info
