Small items: delivered by - Australia Post Eparcel

Medium items: delivered by – Courier Service

Large items: delivered by – Courier Service, Local Delivery Truck or Manufacturer Delivery

We work hard to ensure you not only get the right price on our products, but also the lowest possible delivery costs.

Small items

eParcel (for items that weigh 25kg or less, or measure less than 1 metre long)

What is eParcel Post?

eParcel is Australia Post's Internet enabled freight system. The delivery status of a package can be checked via the Internet at: auspost.com.au 

How it works

Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early next day.

Your eParcel number is included in your shipping confirmation email. To track your order just enter your eParcel number into the following website auspost.com.au

The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Medium items

Courier Service (for items that weigh between 25kg and 50kg, or measure less than 2 metres long)

Who do we Use?

We use both Couriers Please and Allied Express. They are Australia's leading metropolitan express parcel delivery businesses with nationwide operations covering most of Australia.

How it works

Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early next day.

Your consignment number is included in your shipping confirmation email. To track your order just enter your consignment number into the following websites:

The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required.  If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel at the time of the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address. You can follow the instructions on the card to book a redelivery. If no contact is made in 7 days the parcel will be returned to Billy Guyatts.

Please note that any returned parcels will be charged additional redelivery fees. 
As such, please ensure you respond promptly when deliveries are unsuccessful.

Large Items

Courier Service, Local Delivery Truck and Direct from Manufacturer (for items over 50kg or over 1 metre in length)

Courier Service

Where items exceed 50kg or greater than 1 metre in length, a more specialised delivery service is required. We use both Cope Sensitive Freight and Allied Express. Both dedicate themselves to an Australia-wide delivery service for large items.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your goods are despatched. Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. Parcels are collected from our warehouse on a daily basis (Monday to Friday).

The Couriers will attempt to deliver your item Monday to Friday during business hours. The couriers are supplied with your contact details and may call to advise delivery day.
If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel at the time of the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address. You can follow the instructions on the card to book a redelivery. If no contact is made in 7 days the parcel will be returned to Billy Guyatts.

Please note that any returned parcels will be charged additional redelivery fees. 
As such, please ensure you respond promptly when deliveries are unsuccessful.

For extremely large item deliveries the manufactures vehicle will be equipped with a hydraulic tailgate, and the driver will have a trolley to ensure that your item can be safely delivered. Please note delivery is ground floor drop off only and the drivers are not equipped to take items up or down stairs.  It is at the driver's discretion as to whether he will assist you in getting the product through the door, depending on the delivery conditions.

Manufacturer Direct

One of our product suppliers will call you to advise that your product is ready for delivery.  They will organise a date for delivery with you over the phone. Please ensure that you provide your phone number to enable them to contact you during normal business hours. These manufactures will not be able to nominate a time for the delivery, so if you are not planning to be home on the date of delivery, you will need to nominate a person to sign for the goods on your behalf.

For extremely large item deliveries the manufactures vehicle will be equipped with a hydraulic tailgate, and the driver will have a trolley to ensure that your item can be safely delivered to your door. It is important to ensure that the product is able to fit through your door prior to delivery.
If the item is too large to fit, additional delivery costs may be charged.

Local Delivery Truck

If you are located in metro Melbourne or metro Brisbane we have our own delivery trucks. We will contact you to arrange a delivery day and our drivers will also advise a 2-3 hour delivery window.

Our drivers will be able to deliver install and remove any rubbish. Please note installation is for washing machines and fridges only and does not include plumbing on fridges. We can also remove an old appliance so long as it is disconnected and ready to go.
